Hi - I’m Sande

Connection has always been the
thread running through my life.

For years, I searched for answers to questions I couldn't quite explain.

Why did some relationships feel effortless while others left me feeling misunderstood?
Why did certain patterns keep repeating, even when I wanted something different?
Why could intelligent, caring people struggle so deeply to feel seen and understood?

When I discovered Attachment Theory, everything began to make sense.

It wasn't about blaming the past.

It was about finally understanding the patterns that shaped the way I loved, communicated, protected myself, and connected with others.

Learning my own attachment style became one of the most transformative journeys of my life.

As I began practicing secure behaviors, my relationships changed.
More importantly...

I changed.

Today, helping others experience that same transformation has become one of my
greatest passions through The Way We Attach™.

Every one of us learns, from our earliest relationships, what it means to feel safe, loved, and connected. Those experiences quietly shape the way we relate to ourselves and others throughout life. My own journey led me to explore attachment theory—not simply as an academic subject, but as a path toward greater understanding and healthier relationships. That journey inspired The Way We Attach™, a collection of resources designed to make attachment theory practical, compassionate, and accessible. Through the workbook, online course, and presentations, my goal is to help people recognize old patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and discover that more secure, fulfilling relationships are possible.
